Aromatherapy and essential oil information

New Directions Essential Oils are pure, undiluted essences extracted directly from a variety of flowers, fruits, leaves, barks, roots, herbs, and spices.

It is advised that essential oils are diluted in a carrier oil which could be nut-based oils (almond), apricot kernel, coconut oil, unscented lotion, jojoba oil or used in room spray or diffuser.

It is advised that essential oils be used with direction from a practitioner who is a trained Aromatherapist as used incorrectly can cause harm.
